How about some houserules? 0 rotates the cards or touch the next one's dick/balls/pussy/boobs, a circlegrope if you will. 7 exchange cards or underwear, can swap if one is nude and the other isn't. Maybe include a white NOU card, reverses direction and sends the penalty back at the player.

Or how for an escalating draw card, Draw 2/4/6/8 or wear a vibrator, the higher the setting the lower the draw amount. 8 would be not wearing. And another one could be sucking a dildo. The deeper you go the less you draw. Or maybe one for the more fetish inclined, would require having several half liter water bottles, or bigger, on hand. Draw 8 or drink a bottle and pee in it. You can opt out for the second half but will draw 4. Will carry over into the next game, and if you chicken out, still draw 4.

Feel free to change the lengths of time if they feel too short :p And of course all of them are 'for the rest of the game', but that felt a bit too unwieldy to write for all of them :p
