Hehehe, I was always puzzled… Bulma could build a freaking Time Machine but not a mech arm for Gohan???
Now I am not a physicist, I am not engineer, and I am most certainly not whatever Bulma is, but I think… that the step to build a robot arm is slightly smaller than the freaking Time Machine. Just saying.
