It’s been a long wait, but now there is a sketch of her… and hopefully more to come.

Yes, Aphrodite and Hera are NOT fans of each other. Hera, Aphrodite and Athena are like locked in an eternal struggle of Rock Paper Scissors. A constant rolling wheel.

One represents love. One represents marriage. One represents liberty. All 3 parts of a persons life and/or choice… if they are truly free. None is constantly right, and not every goddess fits anyone at every time… surely not at all times of life.

Technically, Aphrodite is/was married… to Hephaestus, but according to sources their marriage was never happy, and she cheated on him with Ares, his own brother… In fact, Ares was possibly only ever swayed and tamed by Aphrodite… so whomever was in good standing with Aphrodite, was in good… or possibly bad standing with Ares… the God of War - second only to Zeus in Raw Power… although… it was possibly never tested.

In the story of RSAHNP - when Ron conquers the Olympus, he also wins over Aphrodite. She is a force to be reckoned with.
