For those wondering, that hand on the last frame is Eclair, who is about to bring down the law on this delinquent. And by law i mean her dick. That being said, im wondering what would the rest of the train do about it. seeing the authority go down to town right then n there would certainly feel like an endorsement to do it themselves.
