so, i think it's time to introduce the rest of the jail at large. soph is given a pink inmate uniform that remains unnecessarily small, im thinking something like bootyshorts, a crop top, and foam flip flops (for all inmates). Soph would be like "wow did they run out of fabric?? the jail's budget must be non existant..." She meets her bunkmate, Michael, who introduces her to how the place is run nowadays. the dude gang, the futa gang, and the women gang. the black market of horny goodies. Soph is incredulous, it's a tiny jail for maybe 20 people, when did things got so out of control? we could end the page with Soph in the dinning room, ready to be confronted by two futas looking for a good time with her.

my suggestion would be to replace those flip-flops with mandatory heels. it IS horny jail after all.

Now is a good time for the first b-plot cutaway, 2 or maybe 3 panels of commenting on their job's futility - something like Moonlight saying "Have you noticed we keep arresting the same people and nothing changes?" and Fel replies "It's not on us to make people less horny, we just arrest people when they're too horny" re: outfits, since the point of horny jail is to make people less horny the outfits should be frumpy and unattractive, but the inmates should do some "custom tailoring" to make them more appealing

My idea for horny jail was that it was a contradiction. a place to supposedly lock the horny people up and change their ways, only to make them hornier and have em convicted over and over. That's why the horny police dress so... That is also why i suggested inmate uniforms that are a "Little " horny.
