Make sure you have the latest version of Vam, 1.19. Then you will find an addonPackages directory in the zip file you downloaded from me. Extract that file in your Vam directory. The when you go to Vam and do open you should see this file, Niko3DX.N3D Anim Lap 01.1.var. open the file and you should see the animation.
