New Taxes ... (Patreon)

Patreon has to start charging sales tax for some of you. As tax laws not only vary from country to country here in the US it's even messier. States, Counties and even Individual cities have different laws.

I've modified the tiers to hopefully avoid this. As long as it "support" and not an actual product most of you should be exempt. I hope.
