There is https://dark.netflix.io/en where you can select your current season + episode to see character relations up until that point. Though I haven't actually checked out every page so I don't know if there are any potential spoilers. Could of course still be a bit spoilery if you haven't realized who's who yet.

I used that page pretty consistently throughout my first watch of the show. As I recall, it was very well set up for spoilers - it never gave away anything that I wasn’t already supposed to know.

Ok I’ve seen it now,. Everyone had to use guides. I hope whomever sent you a family tree only did WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO KNIW IN EP4 😬. ➡️Tip one: you call him the old man in the nursing home—- who keeps saying he has “to stop Noah” — if you notice, they said the old man’s name this episode. Helge. Can you recall who in the 80s was named Helge? You were intended to pick that up so it is not a spoiler. Also he has the same facial scarring in both time periods.. And also mentally challenged. That should help. ➡️Tip 2: the teacher in the school room scene, is teaching something relevant to the mechanics cf the plot. ➡️ this is a slower ep. And meant to slow down and absorb. ➡️ it will all make sense! This is why I said watching with maybe your friend who did Hawkeye with you, would help. It is mind-bending, but the fun is in theorizing, and talking about it….feeling all the intensity of it. Sucks you in. Music is great with that. And it’s ok….A lot My group didnt pick up everything the first watch.

Ps I never felt depressed. On edge. But never found it depressing. Shocking, yes. But there is Moody music. But it is portraying a sense of ticking 🕰.which is suppose to make you feel impending doom, thriller, edge seat, sense of direness.
