A request from WarioNumberOne to round out the cast of Endbringers from Worm. Simurgh is a siren, and can use her voice wreak havoc in a number of ways. Naturally, it stands to reason that keeping her quiet is pretty high up on the priority list, even above being extra sure she can't escape.

Also, fun fact: I ended up drawing all of her hair because the original plan for all ten or twelve of her wings was to have them tied together in a more condensed form that kept them mostly out of the way, nothing I tried looked right so I ended up just spreading them out wherever they would fit and had to erase almost all of the hair that took about half an hour to do. That might have had something to do with how tightly she's tied.
