Finally we are there! The tank tracks generator is available - update your generator suite and try it out now!

To use the tank tracks generator, you need wheel and track files, and I uploaded a good selection of several files here that should help you getting started with it. Anyhow, as always, this tool is open for any models. Make sure to place the content of the archive in the Libraries_TankTracks folder that should appear after starting the tank tracks generator for the first time. I'm still thinking about how and where to upload the files, but right now, I'm not so sure if anyone on cults except you would want the files, so I only have them here for now.

The tank tracks generator should be quite self-explaining, you need to select wheels and chain elements, you can add more wheels, specify the position, ... let me know if you have questions (discord, if possible), but I probably will also do a video for this.

To add further designs to the tank tracks generator, you must:

- Name them correctly, starting with "Wheel_" or "Chain_"
- Place them in a subfolder of Libraries_TankTracks (and not a subfolder of another subfolder!)
- Provide an image with the same name
- For wheels: They need to be oriented so the wheel axis is the y-axis. The tool will automatically center them so no need to place them anywhere. If you have wheels (like in the 10mm library the PowerWheel) that are larger than the actual radius where the chains should run, you can specify the effective radius in the file, by adding  "_r_x_ymm" to the file, where x.y is the radius of the wheel (so if we have a 3.7mm radius wheel, you should put in _r_3_7mm in the file)
- For chains: They need to be placed with their first connection axis along the y axis and the model should run into the positive x direction. Since the connection axis between two chain elements is not at the centre nor the corner, but somewhere in between, there is a slightly different rule for them. The chain height and length is defined by how much the chain expands in negative x, this is also the assumed chain height and the second connection point for the next chain element is assumed to be this amount moved back from the end of the chain element. If you have questions about this, ask me (preferrably on discord) and I will give an in-depth explanation.

I will also upload several finished tank tracks to the 3d platforms, they should be up soon. Update: They are available now!
