Hey guys, if you’re new especially, I just wanted to let everyone know the 3rd Gen link is down for a day or two since apparently the guy that made the frame and the engine doesn’t like people releasing his models. I plan on live streaming later on today where you guys can watch me work on it, and see that it’s actually getting done. I appreciate all of you.

I get wanting to get something out of your time, modding is so time consuming, that's why I love Patreon. But some of these modders are just plain childish and petty. They need to grow up. At the very least they could have asked for a fraction of compensation for their model, something fair. I don't get it.

Sorry brother. I found your Patrion from Austin Farmer YouTuber, I'm sure someone saw it on there.

in my defense only reason i dont want my models going around is because i market them on CGT, if whoever could make it work to where im also getting my moneys worth for other people using my assets. but i know for a fact if i asked someone for compensation or to pay me a settled amount or monthly, it probably wouldn't happen. hence why i do the DMCA claims on the mods. ive had some people ask me about using my model for modding and i have allowed them to, only if they ask for permission and i make sure that the model is locked and cannot be accessed by anyone other then who purchased physical model(s) . but at the end of the day my models going around is kinda inevitable so there isnt much i can do in that regard as long as my CGTrader is active, im happy, i have EULA (end user license agreement) on there for a reason, and purchasing the model specifically says on the license "!FAILURE TO OBIDE TO EULA CAN AND WILL RESULT IN COPYRIGHT CLAIM!" so by purchasing the model whoever is accepting that agreement. so if they get their model taken down thats their problem. they should've contacted me for commercial permissions. which im kind enough to give verbally if i trust them enough. but most the time ill ask for some sort of compensation for it. considering commercial use that person is profiting off of my work, and could potentially make more profit, hence why my commercial licenses are expensive
