Hey beautiful people! How is it already Wednesday?! And MAY?! I hope the spring is putting a little pep in your step! Last week we had Ben's family from Montreal who we haven't seen in over 4 years so that was wonderful to catch up. This week my family is all in town for my cousins wedding, you know I LOVE a wedding, hopefully it goes better than the last wedding I watched on screen :/

Thanks again so much to those who came to the LIVE Mando watch-along and to the Trivia night! I leave those kind of more intimate lives feeling so happy and refreshed and blessed! Thank you! And all hail our two time trivia winner CHOOF! (fun to chant) Since he has won once before, he gets the monay but the movie picks went to the second place winner, BEN! Let me tell you, you classics lovers will be so happy about his picks, I'm excited!

With 4 uploads each the last two weeks and two live events, I hope you are ok with two patreon uploads this week. They are GOOD ones though, I cried through the majority of Seabiscuit the other night, what a special story.

My mom's poll will go up today for Mother's Day, once she narrows it down haha! Also War Movie Wednesday poll for this month, I was trying to pick a more narrow theme for this one like "modern war. movies" or something else? I don't think I'm quite ready for more vietnam ones yet

Ok thanks for everything, love you all,

Cassie

How many Disney live action remakes has Cassie already seen? 🤔 Does anyone know? Maybe that could be a poll, Disneyworld needs all the support we can give it right now. Just sayin'...

"...Disney ... remakes has Cassie already seen?" https://letterboxd.com/pib1/films/ But why, they are almost universally worse than the original. "Disneyworld needs all the support we can give it right now. " Why?

One answer and two questions. 💛🤔🤔 Personally, I thought the live action version of "Cinderella" was better than the O., not so much "Beauty and the Beast". Now concerning the second question, Disneyworld is known as the happiest place on earth and is Where Our Kids are Entertained! Just soapboxin'.....

??? Are you talking about my reply to the Disney remakes or about something else? The reply button is the speech bubble between the "like" heart and "edit" pencil, not the "join the conversation" box at the bottom.

Patreon really needs an indicator for when people edit their comments.

Coleton B.

James is famous for it. He makes flippant, ignorant, childish, irritating or otherwise unsavory comments, then edits them to convey a completely different message or deletes them. It's exhausting.

I think a good war movie poll would be WWII in the air. You haven’t got to see it from that perspective yet 😁

Joe Mallard

Though it's not a war movie, you should react to First Blood. It shows some effects of what war can do to someone, it's one of Stallone's greatest performances. Bring Carly along!

Did I miss the poll(s)? Didn’t see it..

Memphis Belle.(1990) No one has reacted to it yet.

It seems so weird to me that your Dad's Bond is Pierce Brosnan. He must not have seen any Bond films until he was in his 20s.

John Cohen

If you do modern war movie a few good picks could be American Sniper 12 Strong The Outpost Tears of the Sun Other types could be WW1 Beneath Hill 60 All Quiet on the Western Front WW2 Midway Memphis Bell Greyhound Veterans Rambo First Blood Dog

13 Days is another movie that Rotten Tomato's considered a war movie but is really about avoiding one.
