'Bonus' Update: Moved in! (and Patreon WIP) (Patreon)

Hey everyone- I don't know if life blogs was part of why you support me here, but by golly have I got one of them anyways (and an art update, scroll to the bottom!)

So, yesterday and today i've been non-stop moving boxes and furniture - the whole housemove hullabaloo. What didn't improve matters was it being a really hot night, and then when I finally did fall asleep, a door fell on my head.

So the flooring company haven't yet finished doing the floor downstairs, meaning we can't properly unpack but as a side effect, they hadn't planed down or fitted the doors upstairs. So me and my housemate had to rest our doors in a roughly door-like position for privacy.

It turns out I didn't prop mine up quite right because at about 2:30am I was woken up by I-wasn't-sure-what. It was the weirdest feeling, I thought maybe i'd died because my head hurt a lot and I couldn't move or see or feel much else. After a bit I realised that if I was dead I probably wouldn't be feeling anything, and found out that the door was trying to get to know me better. Pictured: the door, the pillow i was sleeping on.

Anyways, my head has ached all of today, but I am finally moved in. Well, the house is full of boxes and the floor wasn't magically finished overnight, but i've gotten the desk set up!

Yes, i know i've built the desk wrong (with the little cable tidy at the front) but i'll be moving again into my own new house in about a month, so i'll (hopefully) do it right then. Hooves crossed.
