Updates to C-cup tier (Patreon)

Starting next month, every C-cup Patron may request a single character digital sketch instead of watercolor one ¯\_(?)_/¯ Oh and there are some silent guys who don't answer my questions about their sketches so I added this "don't use it = lose it" line.
