tl;dr - I'm now working on adding the shops, hopefully for next release.

This week's images

The first of these is a basic pose I developed yesterday for a future scene involving toys. I doubt this scene will show up in the next update, but I'm preparing it for the not too distant future, as I think it might work well for Emi's main toy scene.

The second image is just a tweak of a new outfit I've been working on for Nobuko for some kind of scene I haven't figured out yet. Maybe it'll be something you can buy at the shops and/or an NTR type scene; I haven't decided yet. I do have some voice acting already that will work for this outfit, though, so I'll see what I feel is working.

Working on the shops

I think I've figured out what to make for this month - it will most likely be the shops hub, along with a bit of sex toy content that I'll include too, since I have some done already and I'd like the release to include some new content. I'll probably reveal what the specific scene will be next week.

There will be multiple different shop areas, and you'll use a minimap to navigate between them. I'm planning to include the Cakehole cafe, George Street (which you've seen in shopping scenes before), the Old Docks this scene above and another street scene.

I'm not 100% sure what you'll be able to buy; I'm primarily trying to come up with stuff that improves gameplay without creating loads of extra work for myself, but there will be new content scenes, too. Many will involve toys.

And don't worry; I'll adjust the monetary values in the game to make sure you've got a bit more cash. I designed the game to make that pretty easy for me.

Toys

I haven't decided everything that's going to be in the shops yet, or whether they're going to be applicable over multiple ladies. It definitely would be more interesting if each of the items could be given to everyone, but that is a lot of extra work and might be creatively taxing. We'll see.

Here are a few toys I'm planning to implement in the future, but likely not in the first release - I'll show the first toy next week, most likely. As for these ones, I've made some stuff already with the first two (for Shizu and Emi) but not scenes yet; mostly just images and a basic concept.


Do you think the images will work well for a new scene? Also, do you have any suggestions for simple things I could offer as products to buy that won't involve a lot of extra work for me? Let me know in the comments!

Nobuko looks cute as a bunny. Regarding toys, I don't really know. One that's usually a lot of fun is a remote controlled vibrator a girl can wear around the house or out and about.

I did something like that one in PAL, actually. I suppose it might be a viable one if it doesn't change how the lady looks in her basic image; if it could mostly be handled through text.

maybe one of things you could add to the shops would be a cosplay store to go with that bunny outfit scene and make so you could buy other cosplay outfits from there for scenes like you intend to do for the toys

I am planning to have some outfits available, in fact; it's just that I'll have to make them available mostly for very specific scenes, since I tried out the idea of just having them dress up in the normal gameplay, but it's impractical. So yeah, similar to the way the toys will be used. The key to it is coming up with outfits that actually look good and lead to an interesting scene; some of the ones I tried didn't really work for that.

maybe use the date feature for them like cosplay date or something like that like how you made the newest threesome dates

I was thinking of just having specific scenes activated from the conversation menu; the biggest issue is just that dressing up doesn't seem inherently enough to make an interesting scene by itself, to me.

if you wanted to to go the ntr route maybe use the outfits in a sort of av with for example bunny girl with hirai for the main characters pleasure

I actually have a specific scene in mind for the bunny suit, which is why I mentioned that one. The biggest problem for the ntr scenes for me just tends to be finding a way to do it that I actually like.

if you are trouble with ideas the only thing i can suggest are these two things one find one or a few people to bounce ideas off of since most game companies have a staff team or if you already have a few ideas make a poll on here and have people vote for which one they want

Oh, it's not so much a lack of ideas, but that I specifically don't necessarily like working on a lot of the obvious ways to take that kind of story. But it's okay; I collect ideas over time and see what works and what doesn't before pushing them to the game.

For it to be fun you'd want a few scenes of her composure cracking, but mostly it wouldn't be visible, no.

The nice thing in PAL was the text input allowed you to push the button in all sorts of different circumstances. It might be more difficult to work it in in this engine, but I'll have a think about it.
