I think perhaps that halter clothing is defined differently than it is here in England. I say this because I was reading a lesbian book recently and the girls were cuddling and one of them slipped the strap of the others halter top off her shoulder. All my halter blouses and dresses go around the back of the neck and there's just one strap. Do other countries define halter neck clothing differently? I love working out cultural differences between countries, in fact England is now so diverse there are cultural differences within our own towns haha !! Halter tops in my country are either, really. The name seems to be used on any top with straps.
