All 5$ tier get 1 slot on the wheel
That slot can be changed any time
If I end up drawing your choice you can replace it right afterwards

If your on the 25$ tier you will get 5 Slots on the Wheel
Same rules apply

I'll be keeping this a bit more loose than last time, rather than 3 every month, I'll be spinning the wheel whenever I can't think of anything to do (which happens a lot)
