MCCC 2023.4.0 TO DO (Patreon)

Here's a list of things I'm planning to look into adding in MCCC 2023.4.0.  Some of the items are going to take a significant amount of work so I might not get to all of this in a single release timeframe, but for now, this is my plan:

• Add a menu command to manually apply a specific Custom Definition to the selected Sim.
• Add a menu command to manually apply a specific Cleaner Definition to the selected Sim.
• Add a mailbox command to manually run Custom Definitions across all Sims in the world they apply to.
• Add a mailbox command to manually run Cleaner Definitions across all Sims in the world they apply to.
• Check the fan situation for celebrities to see if it's valid to use the Situation Outfits setting.
• For Gedcom, Use a different UTF format so European/Asian characters will be valid for exports.
• Research if it's possible to add a cheat to make spellcaster forget all spells?
• With the population logging, I'd like to add an option to show totals by world/region.
