IE - people being arrested for being mentally ill. I hate to break it to you, but they still arrest people for trying to die by suicide. Sometimes they go to a hospital, sometimes they go to jail if the state hospitals are full. And the state hospitals here are often full because of budget cuts. It's a sad situation.
