Its been some time after Mark was transformed into a woman and half-twin of Atom Eve, now going by Marcia as a new identity for the time being to adjust to his new body and life. Marcia worked hard to get used to maneuvering his/her powers in Marcia's much more jiggly body, his new center of gravity affecting flying at first. The transformation/reconstruction of his body with Atom Eve's mysterious DNA however seemed to enhance his powers, something which Nolan Grayson/Omni-Man noticed after returning from his previous planetary conquests, along with noticing her striking beauty and figure. Finding the new Invincigirl to be a worthy (almost superior) Viltrumite, Nolan decides to bring the woman closer under his wing with a new costume and identity, Omni-Girl. 

Mark/Marcia senses this sudden change in Nolan since his/her transformation, noticing the compliments and ogling from Nolan that felt out of place. Despite this, Marcia thrives in this new costume and identity, becoming ever popular (especially with the male demographic). As Marcia grows stronger, she begins to notice further changes, her face that resembles Eve growing slightly fuller, but also saggier, showing signs of rapid aging alongside the power surge, something Marcia also notices as her already large breasts and butt continue to grow, resembling a woman more in her late 20's/early 30's than the 18 year olds Mark and Eve were. Eventually, Omni-Man pushes the thicker and older Marcia further into being his "close" Omni-Girl, he is reminded of Viltrumite's OTHER mission besides infiltrating and conquering planets...
