Here are the links to this month's TG and FTF poll submission forms! The forms will be open until May 5th at midnight PST, after which the polls with my favorite 7 ideas will be launched. I was originally planning on only doing one poll but I will push that for next month since May a bit longer, and I love seeing everyones different ideas!

No Theme this month! You may submit fan art ideas or original ideas, any kind of transformation.
