Traveler! In this supplement, the characters are in the process of getting ready for the end of their campaign and the deed that shall justify their lifetime. They look for a powerful weapon, need to find crucial information, or just need to get ready and become more powerful before confronting the main evil that threatens their livelihood.

In the strange demiplane, the characters come into contact with strange individuals that live there as part of their own preparations for great deeds. The sages have a scholarly curiosity about the characters and aid them in their mission in whatever way they can. These sages can become great allies in the high-level campaign as the characters approach their fate.

This is a high-tier adventure that serves as a stepping stone for the end-of-campaign mission, the characters explore several faraway locations, and become ready for their ultimate fate. Here's a low-def preview of this illustration:

Here's a close-up of the demiplane's main chamber where the Starry Void of Fate is located. The sages claim that those who jump into the void are transported across time and space to the place where they shall fulfill their destiny.

On the "south" end of the demiplane, there are three planar gates that may lead the characters to random locations or that can be used to travel to a custom location on their plane of origin. No one can cast spells in the demiplane so this is the only way to travel back to a specific location.
