Lulu is funny and cartoonish just like most anime. Nobody is like her or my Aztec Goddess. She was dancing to the flute cuz she is a giant snake dragon. My Aztec Goddess is the giant dragon in the far background.

Ilulu's boobs are quite a bit too big to be at all appealing, although she restrains them a bit more when she gets better at transforming. Personally, even Lucoa's are too large although since she is a goddess she's probably going for that motherly abundance look. Canonically Ilulu's boobs are so large because of the type of dragon she is, as a fire dragon, she has sacs of flammable liquid (like venom sacs) to use to power her fire breath. If you remember, Quetzalcoatl (Lucoa's real name) is a "feather serpent" so she started dancing involuntarily when Shouta played his recorder as a nod to snake charmers. Quetzalcoatl is an actual Aztec god and a rather horrible one so it's kinda funny that Lucoa is such a nice character.
