“Papi…? What do you have there, Papi?” The slime girl Suu asked, cutely tilting her head as she looked at her harpy friend.

“Suu~ You won’t believe what I found!” Papi chirped, excitedly placing what looked like a thin book on the table in front of the both of them. “It's the ‘Library of juice’! It says so on the front page! Now we can always have something to drink, isn’t that awesome?!?”

“...but Papi… Suu has learned to read a bit from Master and… Suu is pretty sure it says ‘Diary of Truths’.” Suu quietly retorted, but that only made Papi’s eyes sparkle even more.

“Truths?!? What sort of truths?!? Can we read the secrets of everyone in here?!? That's so cool! Open it! Open it!” Papi cheered, flapping her wings excitedly.

“Okay~” Suu responded, carefully reaching with her rubber-gloved hands towards the book and slowly opening it on the first page. And to Papi’s absolute delight, there was something written already on the first page, making Papi look like she had just made a monumental discovery for the world.

“Read it! Read it!” The harpy chirped.

“Okay~” Suu responded just as excitedly, but mostly because she now felt like her reading lessons with Master were starting to pay off. “This diary contains… not… I mean… only the truth. Whoever…err Whatever is written in this…these pages… shall be re-re-refe-reflected…? in the real world…”

Maybe her reading skills could still use a bit of work…

“Oh… that sounds boring,” Papi said disappointed.

“Suu thinks she has read it correctly though,” Suu replied, looking at the pages again to make sure she didn't miss anything.

“Meh. So we should write something that's true into this book, right?” Papi pondered, putting her wing onto her head in a thinking position. Although anyone could see that her brain quickly began to smoke from thinking too much.

“Ahh! I can’t think of anything!” Papi yelped, grabbed a pen in her winged hands, and leaned forward to write. “S-u-u  c-a-n  r-e-a-d  a-n-d  w-r-i-t-e. There! Now we have written something true into the book, now the book is happy, now we can do something else~”

“But Papi… Suu can’t write. Suu is currently learning how to read onlyyy… Blublublub!” Suddenly Suu’s body was vibrating like crazy, bubbling up from the inside making her almost unable to talk. There was something warm entering her core, intruding without her permission and consent. And that something felt like… knowledge? Of how to hold a pen…?

“Suu…? Suu, are you good? I think I made the book angry…” Said Papi, looking a bit panicky as the bubbling of Suu came to a close.

“...Papi…?” Suu let out, sounding thoroughly confused. “Suu thinks Suu can write now.”

“Really?!? So Papi didn’t write a lie into the book and made it mad?!?”

“Uhm… Suu thinks Suu can now write because you wrote a lie in the book.” replies the Slime girl, sounding still unsure of herself.

“That is so cooool!” Papi chirped with sparkling eyes. “So we write a lie into this book and it makes it into a truth?!?”

“S-Suu thinks so…?”

“Soooooo coooool!” Papi turned to look at Suu with her excited sparkling eyes. “Hey! Hey! Suu! Write ‘Husband is coming home with a feast of meat now’!”

“O-Okay~” Suu chimed back.

Suu didn’t understand what was so special about eating meat, as she could eat practically everything, but it seemed to make Papi excited, so Suu saw no reason not to write it down. So she took the pen from Papi, twirled it in her gloved hands, and leaned forward to write into the book.

“Master is coming home right now and plans to make a big feast with meat for Papi and the others.”

There was a brief gust of wind flowing through the air in the moment after the slime girl set down the pen, giving her the ever so slight feeling that something had just changed drastically. So she was quietly looking up and staring in the direction of their house front door, expecting something to happen soon. And indeed…

*creak*

“Hey guys, if someone has time I could use another hand here.” The master of the house, Kimihito Kurusu shouted through the house, having seemingly just arrived back home.

“Fret not, my lord! I shall always be by thy side in time of need!” Cerea declared the moment she heard his voice, storming past the two small girls sitting on the couch in the middle of the living room and dashing towards the entrance, where she then proceeded to talk with the master in a slightly less over-the-top voice.

It didn’t take long for Cerea to arrive in the living room again, this time carrying three different shopping bags. And she wasn’t alone this time, as the master walked right beside her, also carrying two additional shopping bags.

“Excuse my rudeness, my lord, but I hath noticed that a sizable quantity of the delicacies you brought home is of a meat base. Thou has a reason for thath?” Cerea asked, to which the master just scratched the back of his head.

“Remember the market where people always seem to give you guys treats? For some reason, most of the people recognized me today as the ‘guy who has all those extra species girls’ and they all just had a ton of leftover meat that they were just willing to give away. Don’t worry, I have bought a lot of vegetables for you too, but I feel like today we kinda have to make a feast to not waste all this food…” The master explained, making Suu blink, then looked back at the book on the table.

“Yay~ A feast~” Papi let out a cry of joy, happily flapping her wings next to Suu.

“A feast? That sounds delectable. Can I assume I am invited as well? Riiiiiiight, Darling?” said Mrs. Smith, having seemingly appeared out of nowhere as she usually did.

“Ack! Haa… Fine. We have too much food anyway…” Was all the master said before heading into the kitchen and starting to put away all the things out of all the grocery bags.

“Hey Papi,” Said Suu, gently poking the harpy to get her to turn around. “It became true. Master did come home as we wrote! It really happened.”

“Boah~” Papi let out while staring at Suu with shining eyes. “...we wrote something?”

“Yes. Suu wrote that Master would come back home with meat, and he did! Suu made that happen!”

“That’s so cool Suu! Papi wished she could write cool stuff like Suu…” Said Papi, making it kinda unclear whether Papi even remembered what happened a few moments ago.

“Hey there, you little girls. Are you up to any mischief down there?” Mrs Smith asked, giving a patient smile to both Suu and Papi.

“Yes~ Suu is showing me how awesome she is at writing!” Papi declared happily, to which Mrs Smith simply laughed.

“That’s awesome honey~ I am so proud of you two. It’s quite rare for Harpies or Slimes to be even interested in something as difficult as linguistics. I hope you have lots more fun practicing~”

“We will~”

“Isn’t Mrs Smith so nice~?” asked Papi, happily turning back to Suu.

“Suu is not sure. It sounded to Suu like Mrs Smith was surprised because we were reading.” Suu replied unblinkingly.

“Whaaaa…? Why would she think that?” asked Papi, her mood having taken an immediate 180.

“Either because Suu is a slime and Papi is a harpy, or because reading is something only bigger people do. Suu is not sure which one it is.”

“Only bigger people do? Suu, but you can read this, right?”

Papi frantically pointed at the first line written at the very beginning of the page, to which Suu nodded. Without getting closer or even blinking, Suu started to read out loud the text before her, making sure to be quiet enough so as to not bother the other people in the room. She had learned her lesson about being too loud and bothering people.

“This Diary only contains the truth. Whatever is written on these pages shall immediately be reflected in the real world. Anyone not watching the ink as it is poured onto these pages, shall be blissfully unaware of any difference made by this diary’s power. This book's power exceeds reality, proving that a pen is always mightier than the sword.”

Suu blinked after reading those sentences out loud. She was still trying to get a full handle on human language and all of its difficulties, and this text was going a step further than what she had learned already. Yet, it just all made sense to her. She knew exactly what it meant and also what it told her. How to use the diary.

“...my head hurts…” yammered Papi, steam visually leaving her ears as her eyes turned into spirals. “Too many… difficult… words…”

“Don’t worry, Papi~ Suu understood what it said~” declared Suu proudly, to which Papi’s eyes immediately began to shine again. “It says that if we want to change something, we just have to write it down. Is there something you would like to change, Papi?”

“OH!!! I see! Let’s think!”

Though Papi’s thinking didn’t even last five seconds before her brain started to smoke again. “Gah! I remember being mad at Mrs Smith about something, but I don’t know why I was…”

“She said Slimes and Harpies can’t read and that we both are too small to read?”

"Exactly!” Declared Papi, pointing with her wings at Suu before a smirk crept on her face. “Suu! Write ‘Papi is a big girl’ and ‘Mrs Smith is both a Slime and a Harpy’! That’ll show her! Do it! Do it!”

“Okay~” Suu really didn’t know why Papi was so mad about that, but it seemed like a fun prank to her. So she took the pen once again and wanted to write what Papi had said down in the diary before her hand just stopped.

She blinked for a bit, frozen in the position just before the pen touched the papers. As strange as it might have sounded if she said it out loud, Suu felt embarrassed to write a text as primitive and simple as Papi had said it. She just didn’t want to write down something so… bad. That’s when she took a brief look at Papi, who only gave her a confused look back, and then decided that Papi probably wouldn’t realize if Suu used a bit fancier words to describe her wish.

“Papi is a tall, mature, and elegant lady with a lot of charm about her.”

“Mrs. Smith belongs to the Slime girl and Harpy hybrid race.”

That was much better than what Papi suggested and hopefully pretty accurate to what she wanted too. The slime girl didn’t have a full grasp of what ‘elegant’ and ‘mature’ entailed, but from what she did know, it was probably the thing Papi was looking for. After the pen left the paper, Suu could immediately watch the consequences of her actions.

“Ack! it’s suddenly kinda hot in here…” Papi announced, leaning back into the couch while she flapped her wings to fan air towards her. But while Papi might not have noticed it, Suu certainly didn’t miss that Papi as a whole had started to grow in all directions, everything seemingly expanding to make her larger.

The Slimegirl watched as Papi’s upper body become longer and curvier, breasts expanding like they were balloons, her butt inflating against the soft couch and still lifting her upwards a bit, her legs getting longer while her thighs got thicker and her face losing a lot of the childlike traits, causing her to look much more age aligned with all the other girls in this household.

Her wings had arguably gotten the biggest size boost of everything, while her stomach and arms looked positively muscle-packed. And all that happened only for Papi to say in a sultry voice that no one on the planet could have ever been ready for. “Oh dear, this heat isn’t that good for my skin. Maybe I shall invite my husband to take a bath with me later. That sounds like a delightful idea~”

“Papi? Are you okay?” asked Suu, a little bit concerned about her best friend.

“I am as okay as I’ll ever be, darling~ Why do you ask?” replied Papi, her gaze as innocent as always.

“Just because… Suu saw you get bigger, so Suu was kinda worried…”

“I got bigger? Oh dear, I don’t need any more weight. These puppies make flying difficult enough as is.” Papi replied, putting her winged hands below her impressive chest, giving them a bounce that continued to jiggle a little bit even after she had already let go of it. From Suu’s keen observation skills, she could tell that Papi probably now held the second-largest chest in the house, only behind Cerea.

“Ah! Mrs Smith!” Suu let out, having remembered the other part of what she wrote down, turning around to look at what had happened to their coordinator. “Hmm?” Was all Papi said as she also turned around to watch in curiosity.

“...glad that you brought home such a sweet deal. I can’t wait to tell the girls about this awesome feast tonight~” By now, Mrs. Smith's skin was almost entirely purple with her clothes almost seemingly like they were melting too. Yet no one seemed to take any notice of that, besides Suu that was. And Papi… maybe… hard to tell if she took notice of it.

That's when all of Mrs. Smith’s clothes fused into a single black raincoat, covering most of her body just like Suu’s did. And that’s when Mrs. Smith’s skin started to bubble and truly turn into liquid in many places, including her upper body, her butt, and her face, with even her hair becoming two big dark purply tentacles similar to those of Suu herself.

Her arms and legs, however, stayed solid, but not human, as her legs were quickly overtaken with very bright purply scales similar to those on Papi’s legs, while her feet tore through her shoes as they turned into talons, causing the remainder of her shoes to fuse into her raincoat.

Finally, her arms were quickly decorated with layers upon layers of feathers, making them bigger and bulkier as more and more feathers were added to them. Until finally, the human known as Mrs. Smith was no more, and there sat a cross between a Slime Harpy on the table casually flirting with the master.

“I am telling you, we agents of MON have a special license to go outside in the human world. We have no need for any host to take care of us~” laughed Mrs. Smith, sounding not even the slightest bit surprised that her appearance had just almost completely changed.

“Right… and you still leach off us at every opportunity.” Said Miia as she entered the room, looking unamused at the purple slime girl harpy.

“Come on~ Give me some credit here! I am the one who takes care of all the paper stuff so that you girls can stay here comfortably, right?”

“While thou do provide us with monetary assistance, myself would wish for thou to act more directly for my lord. Or at least alert me in times where my lord requires assistance.” Cerea added, going a bit quieter as she spoke her last sentence.

“Admit it, you just want to spend more time with darling.” Miia accused, to which Cerea blushed heavily.

“I do not! I just wish to be of use for the lord and that he learns how best to use my abilities and such! I do not carry such indecent thoughts as yourself!”

“Yeah, keep telling yourself that.” Miia was clearly not convinced and didn’t bother showing it, but that whole exchange gave an idea to Suu.

“Hey Papi? Do you think Master knows about Cerea’s abilities well?” she asked the very big bird beside her, who then went to raise one of her wings over her mouth to think.

“I don’t think so…? How could he? Husband is not a centaur like Cerea.”

That’s when Suu had already leaned forward again with the pen in her hand, knowing exactly what to write.

“Today, Master is a centaur just like Cerea to learn all about Cerea’s abilities firsthand. And for Cerea to have a day where she could get closer to him than anyone else.”

“This one's for you, Cerea~” giggled Suu, proud of what she had written. After all, she knew for a fact that Cerea was the toughest one of all of the extra species in this house, yet was the one who struggled the most when talking to the master. Suu had high hopes that what she wrote would help her with that.

And once again, the changes started rather rapidly. The master of the house was just about to start cooking when Suu saw that his butt started to visually expand rather rapidly, going to incredible sizes in a hurry. Brown fur then started to spread downwards towards his legs, where his toes quickly fused together into a single hoove just like Cerea’s.

In the meantime his upper body began to stretch considerably, with it looking like a second upper body section was developing in the middle of his body, when suddenly two additional hooved legs sprouted out from the cross-section between his two upper halves, splitting them into a furred horse half and a standard human half.

Suu had kind of expected the changes to end there, but even the master's upper body started to alter quite a bit afterward. From his waist becoming as tiny as that of Cerea’s as well as developing a six-pack rivaling that of Cerea, Suu noticed that she might have overlooked a small thing.

The master then proceeded to grow two mounds on his chest that were just inflated and inflated, making him look like he was doing everything in his power to keep certain sounds in. All the while his face also reshaped quite a bit, now looking surprisingly similar to that of Cerea, bar his hair color still being the same old black.

And when his breasts stopped growing and he finally regained the strength to turn around towards the living room again, Suu could tell that her master hadn’t just turned into any centaur, but into a nearly exact copy of Cerea. They now both looked like twins.

“Now, now, Miia. No need to be so aggressive.” The master said, even his voice sounding almost identical to that of Cerea, albeit without her accent. “Everything will be back to normal tomorrow, so just give Cerea this day where she can teach me how life as a centauress is, alright?”

“Never!” Retorted Miia, banging her hands against the counter. “I won’t let a giant horse butt like her steal you away from me, ever!”

“You are aware that I am currently just as big of a horsebutt as she is, right?” giggled the Master.

“Ack! I mean… Ah!”

“Interesting… Because Suu wrote ‘today only’ everyone knows that it is only for one day…” said Suu, then turned to look at Papi, who just returned an unaware look to her.

“You did something?”

“Yes! Suu did and it worked!”

“Good job~” giggled Papi, happily patting Suu on the head. Suu leaned more into the wing and whispered. “What should we do next?”

“Calm down Miia, there is no point in…” Said Mrs. Smith, when suddenly.

“GAAAHHH! I had it with you packhorse! Give me back my darling or else I’ll… hhhhmmmmm! Hmmmmmpf!”

“You guys need a hand? It looked to me as if a certain powder keg was about to explode,” asked Rachnera, casually dropping down from the ceiling, having Miia completely tied up faster than anyone could even see.

“Hmmm!!! Hmmmm!!!”

“Yeah, yeah. don’t worry your pretty little head about it, I’ll let you out when your face has turned back to normal.”

“Suu-chan…?” Papi suddenly said, looking at Suu with an excited looking gaze.

“...yes…?”

“Rachnera is quite marvelous, isn’t she?” Papi added, looking back at the people near the kitchen.

“...Suu agrees… Rachnee is cool…”

“Hey Rachnera.” Cerea suddenly said, seemingly taking her a lot of strength to say it. “I thank thou for thou intervention. I have no doubts about my ability to protect my lord from an angry slithering beast, but thou saved us all from making a mess. So thou have my thanks.”

“Hehe~ Does that mean you owe me a favor now~?”

“I have learned from my past blunders and I shall not repeat them. Thou shall never get a favor from me again.”

“Fair enough~”

As the people in the kitchen started chatting again, Suu and Papi started to look at each other again. That’s when Suu had an idea once again and asked. “Hey Papi. Why don’t we make Rachnera even cooler.”

“Even more extraordinary? How so~?” Papi replied, eagerly listening to Suu.

“What do you think about this:” Suu said, taking the book into her gloved hand.

“Rachnera has a scorpion tail.”

In the most synchronous move the world had ever seen, both of them turned around to look at Rachnera, who just looked like someone had poked her into her very large thorax. It then started to expand segment for segments, looping around behind her until a large stinger formed at the very end and the tail was long enough that her resting position had the stinger hovering directly above her head.

“So cool!” “Truly splendid!” Both of them said synchronously, to which then also both girls giggled. That's when Papi spoke up. “Suu-chan, do you see how Rachnera’s hands, legs, and butt are covered in this black armor? Could you turn that into real steel? Then she really would wear armor. And wouldn’t that be a splendid sight~?”

Suu Immediately readied the pen again but decided to double down on Papi’s suggestion.

“Rachnera’s armor that is part of her body is made out of real metal. But not only that but they are made of living metal that's part of her, that allows her to do everything she can do but better and stronger. Rachnera is a cyborg~”

“Cyborg?!?” Papi looked at Suu with shining eyes, to which Suu smiled back, and then both turned to look at their victim.

Rachnera didn’t seem all that bothered by what was happening, but both of them eagerly watched as all the chitin armor around Rachnera’s body took on a silvery sheen, being turned to metal more and more. Even her thorax and her new scorpion stinger weren’t spared, with her skull on her thorax now glowing with blue futuristic lines and her stinger taking more the form of a laser cannon rather than a poisonous stinger.

All the while Papi and Suu were just staring at her as if she was the coolest thing they had ever seen. Because that was, at least for them, quite literally true.

“Cyborg Rachnera… sooooo cooooool!” both squealed in unison, making Rachnera briefly turn towards them. She closed the right three of her eyes and finger gunned at Papi and Suu, before turning back to talk with the people in the kitchen.

“Excuse my late arrival. I had important business that simply could not wait.” an elegant voice filled the room, making everyone turn to watch Mero in her wheelchair enter the living room. She just returned a beaming smile as she asked. “Word has spread that today a feast is going to be served. Do you need any assistance with that, my lord?”

“Thanks Mero, but Cerea and I will manage. Also, I just don’t think many more people can fit inside of this kitchen.” Master joked, gesturing at her and Cerea’s very large lower half.

“Haa~ I understand~ Oh, what I would give to be able to walk on land like you do~ Just like the little mermaid, although… Hihihi~ Maybe not exactly like the little mermaid. After all, that ended in quite the…”

“We know, tragedy freak. You have said that multiple times already.” Said Miia from below, still lying on the floor but at least having managed to get rid of the binding that tied her mouth.

“Have you calmed down?” Asked Rachnera, looking down at the lamia that lay at her robotic legs.

“Yeah. Please finally untie me,” responded Miia, to which Rachnera giggled, but complied.

“You know, now that you speak of it, I have had this thought for a while now,” said Mrs. Smith, crossing her arms and putting one of her tentacle hairs into the coffee the master had prepared. “If you mix a mermaid and a lamia together, you kinda get the ultimate being of both worlds, which would be a sea serpent. It can swim nearly as fast as a mermaid and can move as fast as a lamia on land. Kinda an ideal combination, don’t you think?”

“...where did that come from?”

Papi and Suu on the other hand, right after hearing that, looked at each other and gave a big smile, as Suu went to write in the book once again.

“Mero and Miia are fused together to become a Sea Serpent.”

As Papi watched with excited eyes what happened to the two affected girls, Suu noticed that she might have made a mistake. Both Miia’s and Mero’s bodies were attracted towards each other, sinking into each other as if the two of them were slowly absorbing each other at the same time, with no one batting an eye about what was happening.

But that’s when Suu realized. “If Suu fuses Miia and Mera, then there won't be a Miia and a Mero anymore, only one of them left.” And Suu obviously didn’t want that, so quickly added something that she felt like would fix that issue.

“There will still be a Miia and a Mero after the fusion.”

“That should fix it.” Suu declared happily, then turned around to look at the two victims once again.

Suddenly they didn’t look like they were absorbing each other anymore, and way more like their bodies were mixing while all their features stayed more or less intact. For example, both of their upper bodies mixed into a single upper body, but Miia’s arms distinctly moved to the location where one expects normal arms to be, while Mero’s finned arms moved to the space just below them, which gave their body now four hands in total instead of two.

Their boobs mass accumulated together, giving their combined body a bigger rack than either had alone. The same with their hip size, which was also getting really large at that point. Their lower bodies combined into a very interesting configuration, gaining the length and thickness of Miia’s snake tail while retaining the fin at the end from Mero’s mermaid tail. On top of that, the scales were perfectly split down the middle, with Miia’s red scales being on the right of the tail and Mero’s pink scales being on the left of the tail, and that was the entire way through.

But the most interesting thing was what happened at the very top end of their bodies, as their shoulder width considerably expanded to make space for two separate heads right next to each other. Miia being on the right and Mero being on the left.

That entire transformation left Suu to be kind of in awe.

“Ugh… we really should be more careful of where we go…” Said Miia, rubbing her head with one of her finned hands.

“Things like that happen. Anyone can trip, from the mightiest warriors to the most royal kings.” Mero added, giggling on the other side of the sea serpent's body.

“And it’s hilarious in every case~” added Rachnera, to which Miia immediately glared at her with a poisonous gaze, before Rachnera pulled out some of her sting between her hands again and Miia immediately backed down, looking like she was about to sweat bullets.

“Anyway, you guys, food will be ready in ten minutes or so. Prepare the table for us all to eat. After all, there will be a lot of people today.” the master announced, to which most of the people sitting near the kitchen moved to set the table. Well everyone except Mrs. Smith to be exact.

“Gotcha, I’ll make sure to tell the girls to be here till then,” she said, pulling her phone out of her raincoat and skillfully tapping on it with her thumb claw at incredible speeds.

“Hey girls, you wanna help too?” Miia asked Suu and Papi as she was in the middle of bringing plates to the table.

“We have no time for that~ we were in the middle of turning you two into the queens of Water and Land!” Papi replied with sparkling eyes.

“Hate to break it to you, but we kinda already are…” Miia started, but Mero interrupted by giggling. “Let them have their fun. Hey girls, while you are at it, can you turn us into the queens of the sky as well? I am sure that would help a lot~”

“... You love to play with them, don't you?” Miia retorted unimpressed.

“Why not? They remind me of cute children~” Mero continued to giggle.

“Suu!” Papi chirped, turning towards the slime girl with metaphorical stars in her eyes, which just really made Suu feel short compared to Papi’s new sheer size. After all, if both sat on the couch, Papi was almost two heads taller than Suu in her regular non-watercharged form.

“You have to do it!”

“Suu has to do what?” The slime girl asked, surprisingly taken aback by the massive two boobs Papi was pressing into her face.

“Making them queen of the skies also! But not as much as me. Hmm…”

“Should Suu… write that they are harpies?”

“No! I am the only pure Harpy here! Just give them wings! Let them enjoy and play in the sky~” Papi chirped, stretching both of her wings to either side, before leaning back forward. “In fact! Make all of them able to fly!”

Due to the peer pressure of the overeager harpy next to her, Suu took the pen back into her hand and said. “Like this…?”

“Everyone who lives in Master’s house has wings and can fly.”

“Exactly!” Papi let out a squeal of happiness, while Suu felt her body once again bubble from the inside. But this time, it wasn’t like some sort of information was pumped into her, but rather, that her form was forcefully changing. On her back, two watery extensions grew out and became larger, quickly taking on the form of wings on her own back.

Similar things were happening to everyone around them too. Cerea and the Master both had enormous wings sprout from the sides of their horse half, turning them from centaurs into pegasus instead. Rachnera’s spider abdomen grew metallic jet-like wings that she could extend and retract to perfectly fit on top of her abdomen without taking up space. And Mero and Miia grew what seemed like a third set of hands, only for them to become harpy-like wings to the back of their combined body.

Somehow Suu was a bit surprised that Mrs. Smith hadn’t changed, but then she remembered that neither did she live in this house, nor did she, as a harpy slime hybrid, need any additional wings to fly.

“Food’s ready!” the Master announced, bringing multiple plates together with Cerea to the table.

“We have arrived~”

“Hope we are not late!”

“Excuse our intrusion!”

“We came for the food~”

The four mon members each yelled out, storming into the lying room and immediately making themself home, which wasn’t even anything new for the majority of the residents here.

And while Suu didn’t quite understand why people could be so excited about food, she could see that it made Papi happy, which was enough to make her happy. So they all sat at the table, talked cheerfully, and enjoyed the food, while Suu was mainly admiring the work she had done with the Diary of Truths. Truly something she could be very proud of…

“Did I miss something? It was so loud down…” Lala stumbled down the stairs, looking tired as her two bat-like wings on her back flapped weakly with every step. Then she looked at the mass of people sitting at the table, and quickly adjusted her stance. “I mean… Who dares to make noise loud enough to wake the Grim Reaper? Have you all no value for your own life?”

Oh, right. Suu had so much fun with the others that she had completely forgotten about her fellow resident dullahan Lala. And just from looking at her, she already had some ideas on what to do to her with the book.

But that would have to wait until after the meal. After all, without Papi, the sad truth was that this Diary was only half as fun. It made her wonder though, how Lala would do if instead of one she had five disembodied heads…

What if the two most chaotic members of the Kurusu household find a diary that can make everything written into it magically a reality? A lot of weirdness, that's what.
