Hey everyone,

We've been super busy lately!

We're working on a lovely big set of maps for the original Phandelver adventure, and working with Devin Night for tokens, and that's coming along really well!

I also had my first holiday in ages (just a week off work), but that was nice, and I went to a wargame show at the end of the week, which was a great way to finish things off.

However, I wanted to get a couple of new maps out that I thought of during my week off. They're a couple of 'alt-versions' of maps that we put onto DTRPG, but were great choices for a reskin!

First up is Throne of the Demon Lord, a 30x60 infernal throne that's begging for a boss fight!

Second is an Explorer set - Coral Caves, six 30x30 maps that work on their own or join into a large map.

So, if you'd like any of those, please use these codes and get 50% off (until end of the month)

50% off Throne of the Demon Lord

50% off Coral Caves

And now...

I wanted to ask you all - are there any non-Patreon maps that we put straight onto DTRPG that you think would suit an alt-version, and what would that alt version be?  With over 1100 maps there its not always easy for us to remember them all, but if there's one that you've always thought would have a good alt, let us know below!  It won't be a Patreon release, but there will be a 50% discount for Patrons (and free to the person that suggested it)

Have a great day!!

Joe

I know I'm late to the discussion, but a couple of thoughts I had: It could be interesting to have a few maps with extraplanar types you don't usually see. For example, re-skin the town guard barracks to be something heavenly or celestial, the gate to a city of angels or archons. The Dillweed Alley maps could be re-skinned as something in the City of Brass on the elemental plane of fire, maybe something like what we saw in the recent Elemental movie. Also, there are already some abyssal/infernal maps, but Dillweed Alley might be good re-skinned for one of those. I know in my campaign I'll soon be looking for some maps of an Abyssal city. Dillweed Alley would also be useful in a "disaster" version as suggested by Mr. Trifts above.

I would love for you to reskin some of your ship maps to fit with different cultures. You've already got Nordic, ghostly, and pirate ships, but why not refit some to look Orcish, Elven, Drow, etc. Additionally, I can't remember if yours have cannon on them or not, but providing different weapons cannon/ballistae/runecannon, etc. would significantly enhance their usefulness. Airship and sea ship variants would also add utility.
