Chubbiness/slight weight gain is my favorite.

Preggo is definitely my favorite, which I guess is just a specific "belly inflation". Followed by other general inflation, and chubby stuff.

Personally, I rather enjoyed the few giantess-themed pieces you've done, such as "Attack of (XX) Foot Tsunade". Giantess-themed art is quite common but adding in weight gain and/or belly expansion is the rarest of treasures.
