I didn't notice until you mentioned it, but yeah, the voice of Manfredi (Ken Marino) definitely sounds very similar to Bruce Banner! I nice little easter egg in this episode is when Whitney Frost is first talking to Wilkes and she's looking around at the various bits of research that Howard Stark has left in this basement, she specifically mentions the blueprints for "a Palladium Core". Which we know eventually leads to the Arc Reactor, which Tony then miniaturizes and turns into his signature armor chest piece.
