Yesssss! Thank you KL! Edit: Yes, just finished watching and a second watch-through helps to catch a lot of things. They packed so many things and messages into the movie. Obviously so much was done in post, but it's still incredible they only took 38 days to film it - and just prior to the world shutting down. So glad you enjoyed it!

Obviously I just saw this went up and haven't watched it yet, so you might notice some of these in the reaction, but my favorite little things: The white googly eye with black center is the yin to the yang of the black bagel with white center. When Waymond describes the feeling of evil creeping throughout the multiverse, he says ''Your clothes never wear as well the next day. Your hair never falls in quite the same way,'' quoting ''Absolutely (Story of a Girl)'' by Nine Days. You can then hear alternate universe versions of the song when Evelyn jumps to 1) the universe where she and Waymond are in the van discussing the divorce papers, 2) when Evelyn jumps to the dominatrix universe, and 3) when Evelyn jumps to the hibachi chef universe, all with different styles or lyrics to match the alternative universe. They were rerecorded by the actual lead singer of Nine Days, for the movie. Raccacoonie is voiced by frequent Pixar collaborator and singer/songwriter Randy Newman.

Oh, also, the original lyrics of ''Absolutely (Story of a Girl)'' essentially describe the plot of the movie, with Joy being the girl who cried a river and drowned the whole world, and the second verse being about Evelyn and Waymond's fractured relationship.

Love the reaction, had to pause to say that look to camera at around 1hour 18 minutes (movie time) when the buttplug is suggested is an instant classic! lmao Edit: finished the watch along, what a fantastic movie, even after watching it multiple times i still get emotional. Loved your reaction and choice to do the review after editing which will be a good 'second' watchthrough can't wait for your thoughts.

Thanks Tyler! I love that song and literally didn't recognize the lyrics or the music for it in this film whatsoever. 😅

Wow this movie is crazy and certainly lives up to its title. What an incredible story. How the hell do you think something like that up and then translate it to film? Incredible. Hats off to the editor, I’ve never seen anything like that. I actually didn’t watch your reaction yet but I will soon.

I just got done watching it and my brain can’t fully process what just happened. Lol

This movie is really trippy but super emotional too! Everyone involved did amazing work. My mind was completely blown when I saw it in theatres.
