I’ve seen this movie a few times and fell asleep watching it with you last night. Haha. I like this one. Loved the fantasy aspects. I skipped Iron Man 2 because I didn’t care for that one. Anyway, hope you had fun being introduced to Thor and the gang. Definitely cheesy at times. Haha. Captain America next? That’s a good one!

Hello, love your reactions. I figured you are likely avoiding doing too much research on these to avoid spoilers, and rightly so. But one piece of trivia that is not a spoiler: Tom Hiddleston was up for the Thor role, he even did some filmed auditions. Chris just beat him out. The producers still loved Tom's charisma and talent and decided to offer him the Loki role, for which we are all thankful. Also, please don't feel pressured to "rank" the MCU films. They are all their own thing and everyone has different opinions, which can change over time. Just know that they are all part of the epic story-telling tapestry and all serve a purpose for contributing to the expansive universe building. I hope you have a marvelous holiday season. Thanks for the little piece of info! That's awesome. And no, I don't feel pressured to rank them at all. My rankings will likely change over time with rewatches too, but I do find it fun to rank them as I go along. I did the same with the Star Wars films when I watched them.
