Digested by Maccau - Sketch (Patreon)

A continuation of the "Betrayed by Maccau"  pic I put up the other day.  Here elkcip145's  Malleable Maccau proceeds to digest both his enemy Nagging Narga along with his own ally Plump Paria.  Maccau later assures his friend that the friendly-fire attack was definitely worth it  -  and that the two were not only quite delicious, but made an excellent layer of squishy fat!
