Halo halooo how is your guys' weekend? I hope you're all doing well! There was a weird summer storm where I am and I thought the roof was going to get blown off today ahahha. I came home from vacation yesterday at 4am so I was completely exhausted. There is so much cleaning to do, laundry, stocking up the fridge etc... Which I honestly rather enjoy doing after being away from home. Cleaning, organizing, getting everything in order, and eating light, home cooked food. One thing that I don't particularly enjoy about travelling is having to eat out most of the time. Sometimes it's nice especially the first few days, for sure, but if you're away for a longer period of time it kind of makes you feel a bit ick.

I am just about to have dinner, hard-boiled eggs in a little plate on the side with some olive oil and salt and pep, then a (giant) salad with green grass mixture as I call it, random lettuce, valerian leaves and arugula, THEN, I add baby tomatoes, croutons, mozzarella, parm pieces, walnuts, and I like to fry chickpeas in olive oil with salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika and let them cool on a paper towel before i add them to the salad. They become crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. It's my favourite salad. It's also even better with some feta!! With balsamic vinegar and olive oil its the best, but also if you shake up a vinegrette with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and black pepper (and a tiny bit of mustard and honey or maple syrup if you want) it's super super good. Like *super* good.

Okaaayyy I am offfff to watch episode 957 of One Piece and eat dinner lmao slowly but surely, I am inching my way to the catch-up line. 😂
