Hey hi hello! Another back to basics video, and I think I will film more of the sort for the future because they just bring me back to old school ASMR when triggers and content was simpler. I also like how warm and fireplace-esque the lighting turned out in this video.

We've been having 22 degrees here, this week it's all supposed to be 24 degrees with rain in between, which feels really nice and refreshing. I can't say I was ready for 24 degrees in late april πŸ˜‚

I have a question for you guys - do you happen to know of any good art history books? Something with enough history but also nice, large pictures of paintings? I am predominantly thinking about The Renaissance. Just curious, I am digging around but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. I would love to go back and refresh what I learned in art school, maybe even learn more. We never had textbooks, it was all digital so I definitely don't have my old material anymore.

How are you guys? I really, really, really hope each and every one of you is healthy and spending these days submerged in good emotions

Yeah, every now and then I'll thumb through my old uni Art History textbooks. I have the 5th Edition of Stokstad's books, which are pretty dry, imo, but the large pages are good for really appreciating the art. Vol2 is all about the prelude to the Renaissance, and the its influences throughout. It's not just paintings though, it's got tons of architecture and especially sculptures too. It's where I first saw, my all time favourite sculpture, Bernini's The Ecstasy of Saint Teresa, omg, I have to see that thing irl at some point in my life.

You bringing up art history reminds me of my high school 12th grade 6th period class 13 years ago 😁 That was supposed to be a computer editing class where we would learn to edit and film, but our teacher suddenly left at the start of school, so an art history teacher took over 🀣 Now you'd think the art history teacher would be way over her head...which you'd be totally right about πŸ˜‚ She didn't know Jack shit about any of the stuff we needed to learn, so she treated that 6th period as essentially a free period πŸ˜† God man, I miss that class πŸ˜„πŸ‘

In love love love with this setup. The plants and the lights are making magic here litreally. And also this setup also kinda reminds me of jumanji for some reasonπŸ˜…. This is such a high quality both audio and video Man, your dad is really amazingly talented with crafting skills πŸ™. I wish I could get a coconut container like thatπŸ‘‰πŸ‘ˆπŸ˜. And waooooo the video is the BEST!!! πŸ™Œ I loved the triggers so muchhhh but the best thing is all the trivia and information that you shared with us about each itemπŸ₯ΉπŸ˜‡. Ps 00:45 is so majestic and tinglyyy 🫠. I have a request, please include this more often if possible πŸ₯ΉπŸ™ And and can't wait for the video where you plan your month😊... Those kind of videos are so interesting. Ps2 The thumbnail is so pretty and adorable and the outfit choice is cozzyy.
