Hey guys! As promised, I did a little new years resolutions video for you. We get real here hahaha I haven't been feeling too great and maybe this video will help you feel less alone if you're also feeling a similar way!

Today I did a little decluttering, getting rid of uneccessary stuff and packing up a bag of clothes and other little things for donation. It really helps your mind to physically declutter and organize your surroundings. I also had a big bag of soy wax left over from last year that I keep telling myself I'll use, and never get around to doing so. So I made 5 candles and I'm just waiting for them to set now. It's been so gratifying to make candles, especially knowing that I'm not breathing in fragrances and random chemicals that get added to paraffin candles. From what I've heard, they're not all too healthy to breathe in. I also went to have my little Patreon doodles for this month scanned! I'll post it in these days.

How have you guys been doing? Did you make a new years resolutions list? Whatever you're willing to share, I'd love to hear what your priorities and goals are for this year ⭐️

Night everyone ⭐️

Hopefully this year things fall into place. Wish you the best too. With that said, you made a post at some point a few months back about "Desert Rose" by Sting w Cheb Mami. Been listening to Cheb Mami's stuff recently & thought you might enjoy this song too despite the language barrier 😅 https://youtu.be/JB6LyinlREc

Hey, those are some great resolutions. My only one: to self-publish my third book in three years (woohoo!). However, the past few weeks have been rather tough for me as well. But I'm doing better. And I have to say, that you're probably never going to feel grounded when you put your full trust into astrology. I've done an extensive amount of research into the occult for my novel. Including astrology, wikka, tarot, Satanism, and every dark or occult teaching you can think of. And I'm afraid to say, that, although it's interesting and fun to delve into these things, the fact of the matter is, that those people you are hiring are charlatans. And they'll say whatever is necessary to keep you feeling unstable and dependant on their readings. I've done an extensive amount of research into these people as well (look up the amazing Randy, a magician, not unlike Harry Houdini, who fought against charlatans who lied about speaking to dead relatives; phony psychics--for years he had a 1 million dollar prize exposing thier fake powers--;and fake preachers who would take money from terminally ill people while lying to them about spiritual healing). But I still like tarot and astrology and horoscopes. But only to take an outside view of my life for a fun bit of perspective (I think of it like staring into the clouds and seeing what interesting and inspiring thoughts occur). And it does sound like you also have a lot of emotional energy pent up. I, myself, have an extreme amount of emotional energy that needs to be expended. So I exercise, play music, sing, dance, and write. It seems to me like we're similar in that extra amount of energy. And perhaps, you, too, will feel spiritual relief and tranquility if you can learn to pursue art, and other emotionally spending activities. And who knows, you might learn to love some new hobbies. All, while exploring the emotional and intellectual depths of yourself, and your identity. Like George Bernard Shaw said, "Life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself." Anyways, those are simply suggestions that you may not agree with. But know this: I admire you, and in my heart, I'm cheering for you. Take care . ❤️

That’s such a beautiful quote - that life is not about finding yourself but about creating yourself. You’re right, it’s dangerous to rely entirely on things like that to guide you in life, but it can be fun to take bits and pieces that resonate, sort of as a side observer, not necessarily applying/obsessing over everything that you’re being told. And absolutely, I do have a lot of built up emotional energy and I feel like finding different little outlets for it would help drastically. I’m happy to hear you’re already on that path. Thank you for a wonderful and thought provoking comment, Kurt♥️ thank you genuinely, it made me smile and feel less alone in what I’m going through / how I think

Aa I have to listen! He’s so talented isn’t he!? It’s just crazy what he can do with his voice! And he’s so charismatic on stage as a performer

One thing I have learnt in life is most of the answers are already there within us, if you have done something once you can do it again, though it is good to say things out loud sometimes to get it off your chest and it makes things more tangible. Have you tried Pilates it's similar to yoga though with motion. I had a forced two month break from training due to injury and you are not kidding it does effect mood. Recently back in the gym, prior to that I just went for short walks looking for steep inclines to get my heart rate up and steadily improve endurance . Small steps and before you know it you will be firing on all cylinders, plus its almost spring a time to regenerate ☀🍃 best time of the year 🤗 Like yourself I don't do New Year resolutions I try to make changes at any given opportunity 😂 Often alarm bells ring in my head when I know I need to do better so I force myself to act. P. S. I love Whole Earth Peanut butter, now that is really smooth. P. P. S. Sending positive energy back, this positive energy has been specially supercharged, I had a good workout earlier 😂
