How are you guys doing? (Patreon)

This weekend looks like will be a working weekend for me. Last week I made a type of strudel, which we make in Bulgaria around this time of year. Usually we put sugar and raisins inside, but i wanted to make it lighter/healthier, so it's essentially just a sheet of phylo pastry, brushed in some butter, and then the filling is grated apples, you can also add pears, chopped walnuts, chopped dates and cinnamon. I thought the dates would add a caramely sweetness, which they totally did. It's a really light and healthy desert. You can also dust over some powdered sugar if you'd like. Another version of this (and the most traditional version) is with pumpkin instead of apples.

My favourite gift was this tarot card set. I am currently reading it and slowly learning at my own pace. I've always wanted to learn tarot and I guess this is my little sign to start. I'm not rushing it, just learning whenever I have the time and when the inspiration strikes. I do those tarot card readings all the time on youtube so...😂?

I think I mentioned this in a video that I filmed these days but our kitchen sink is completely blocked rn, so we're waiting for someone to come tomorrow. Good fun washing dishes in the bathroom 😂 

I've been having buttloads of anxiety lately, I don't know if it's the full moon (best app ever by the way, it's literally just called "moon") or what... but aaaaaa. Wim hof breathing has been wonderful in these days. Not going to lie it's been a heavy first week 🤣
