What should I add to this drawing? (Patreon)

This month’s Patreon doodle is a bunch of little cute stuff. In this area it’s a skull, a tooth, and a dragonfly, there’s also ferns and mushrooms and all kindsa stuff! What should I put in this little gap as filler? Smoke from the skull? Another smaller tooth? A bottle of poison? Give me your ideas and I’ll finish it up, get it scanned and post it here in these days or over the weekend 🧚
