love to see one cat bastard son of a bitch messing around and changing the course of the story. He's enjoyable in a way that his behavior is hard to predict just like a cat, look at he goes! what's he gonna do next?! what's he gonna shoot??! Also I think if you enjoy the 'lethal sniper' element in the storytelling there's gonna be more and I can't wait to see how it feels to you!! keep up the good work bros!!

also yep that's an ogata's father who sent the 'suicide' note to papa koito. we actually don't know who wrote/faked the letter but it kinda bittersweet to see that despite it wasn't papa ogata who wrote them it still lingered in papa koito's mind.
