Caleb was probably already on his vacation before having the chance to film the reaction for JJK S216. All these other reactions were most likely already prerecorded and set to upload to keep up a stream of content until Caleb returns

ngl going into these reactions i was afraid you'd hold onto/dissect those "plot conveniences" too much so i'm very happy to see you guys just getting what type of show this is and mostly hand-waving them. Just enjoying an extremely fun show for what it is. Because i'm the type that can hang on to those type of things sometimes but i also had the same approach as you guys with Lycoris. They do well to make it "not matter" too much. It's just too good.

I love how many different triggers Shinji tried because he wasn't sure exactly which nerve to strike in order to convince Chisato to shoot at someone with live ammo. He tried self preservation, revenge, justice, straight up bullying, and he just kept on pressing different buttons until eventually he came to the conclusion that we all knew within the first five minutes: There is exactly one thing that could convince Chisato Nishikigi to risk ending someone's life; Chisato will never under any circumstances kill to save herself, but she will absolutely risk killing someone to save Takina. And future historians shall describe them as "very close friends, possibly even roommates."
