It's always sad when someone misses out on a first reading of something due to (inadvertent, in this case) spoilers, but you got to jump ahead to the second reading of this episode, which is one of those episodes that *really* rewards a second viewing. You may have missed the slow, stomach-sinking transition from "Oh, haha, it's going to be one of those episodes where PC can work wonders in her professional life, even though her personal life is trash, gosh I love these episodes!" to "Oh holy God, she's not going to pull it off this time. She really isn't." -- which *is* a spectacular ride -- but the second viewing of this episode, in which you just watch the inevitable tragedy unfold in slo-mo, is an even better ride, so although I'm a bit sorry you missed out on the former, the latter is a great read to experience along with you guys
