I love how Hijikata despite his Old Samurai aesthetic uses a Lever-action Rifle and goes full auto with it as if he was a Cowboy

Nothing like cowboy action shooting. IIRC, he uses a Winchester Model 1892. It is always a hell of a thing to realize that Cowboys and Samurai existed during the same time period, and both died out around the same time too.

Fun fact, Samurai were known more as archers than swordsman. Most of warfare has been figuing out how far away you can kill someone.
