In other news, the issue with Uraraka and Togas Scene is that it sets up like a serious confrontation, when its actually just more set up for the future and ending up anti-climactic

Well Toga made her intention quite clear from the get go, she literally spelled out to us that she isn't there kill Ochako but to talk with her. So once she is done with talking she leaves, instead of staying around to provoke either getting captured or killing them and fleeing afterwards. Ochako is taking the confrontation serious, because to her it is a serious confrontation, but to Toga it never was.

Just going to say, Uraraka never touched Toga, she touched Toga's sweater, which would make the sweater weightless, not her.
