I guess Fate Zero is not a must see before watching the Heaven's Feel movies, but I highly recommend it for more context and it's a great show regardless imo.

To make it simple, FSN UBW and FSN Heaven's Feel are alternative versions of the same story. This one usually being accounted as the last one. You don't have to have seen the other two versions (FSN and FSN UBW) to enjoy it but it would for sure help you understand the movies better since a lot of explanations are missing in the movies
