What really got me in this episode was the fact that Maine was able to maintain his sanity despite clearly still being under cyberpsychosis or showing that he was still having constant in and out hits of it when he realized everything that happened and came to terms with the fact that this was his time. He was the most sane person in his moment s of his most insane cyberpsychosis meltdown at the very end of his journey. I just like to think that the shock of his actions and emotional understanding of what had occurred was enough to fight back against the cyberpsychosis itself in order for him to maintain sanity in his final moments.... I know I am pushing it and overthinking but I just like to think of it as his humanity and who he is as a human fighting back against the cyberware in order to give him one last moment of peace.
