Yeah this was a good episode, Alvis and her transformation with those magic efects ... Beni just wrecking the discount Charibdis. even the big magic ball and Geld holding it off Or Midrays over the top animation The sound effects excellent as always ... over all very enjoyable. There are a few thing I would like to add or point out ... During the fight between Alvis and Yamza the anime is a being quite literal in how it adapts the scene ... the novel is a bit more murky with there being some implication that Doppelganger is activated while the 2 are fighting, which is how I always saw the scene as it fits more with Yamzas character. The manga leans into this interpretation more making this the moment where Gobta enters the battle An interesting tidbit here is that in the novel we learn Alvis as the leader of the Beastketeers most of the time is in the same role as Beni most of this battle - Strategic command instead of direct fighting ... and so most people underestimate how strong a fighter she is seeing her as a manager / strategist type not the formidable warrior she is as well. The fight between the Clowns vs Geld + Phobio was not as much cut and dry but - in the novel Phobio we are told has boosted regeneration a parting gift from the time he was taken over by Charybdis so while he is banged op his wound heal quickly and his instincts help hem adapt to Tears fighting style, who is not able to regen the damage as fast so its slowly pilling up. So the longer this would go on the worse the situation would be for Tear the better for Phobio ... unfortunately Footman ... also with the destruction of the fake Charybdis their mission to observe Claymans army comes to the end so the leave ... Gel Even compliments Benimarus growth mussing over the fact that the old Benimaru would have wanted to take revenge on those that instigated the destruction of his Home ... instead prioritizing the needs of his forces over his personal revenge ... When Benimaru has that standoff with Midray Sufia in the novel did not try to stop them ... in fact its directly stated she quietly resented Hermes and Gabiru for stopping the - as the battle maniac in her wanted to se the 2 duke it out ...
