Dazai has to get surgery, because of his nullification ability, he can't turn it off, it is constantly on, so yosano can't heal him xD

Great episode and great reaction! I'm looking forward to the final episodes! There are a couple of separate moments involving Chuuya and Kunikida that I'm very much interested in seeing your reaction to. I don't remember which episode it was, but in a previous episode, Nathanial was shown working with Fyodor. Also, Akiko can't heal Dazai because his ability would nullify hers. He has to go to a hospital.

The reason why Dazai is not taken to Yosano is because her ability doesn’t work on him…she can’t touch him w/o him cancelling her ability. :)

Ahh yes, I love this ep! I'm excited for you to finish bsd. I definitely love the character interactions that are about to come. I know you keep saying this show isn't here to make sense but like ppl mentioned Yosano can't heal Dazai and when it comes to other stuff I think it's easy to think of your own explanation. F. ex. Mori is the smartest PM member but since it's Chuuya making the decisions it makes sense imo. Dazai himself said that he prefers his fists over rational plans so. Idk I like that the show doesn't baby us, but uf there's so much more confusing things to come in that case, especially if we have Dazai and Fyodor at play lmao. Also yea all Ranpo, Fyodor and Dazai are geniuses but I think it's important to note that it's kinda a different type of intelligence. Bringing back Louisa, she is one of the best at strategy but doesn't know how to solve cases and Ranpo is the best at deduction. What's different about Fyodor and Dazai is that they are intelligent all around, arguably maybe less than them in the specific directions but also more balanced. That's why the interactions they have can only be between the two of them. It's shown in the next eps/manga.

lmao, I don't think Ranpo has the emotional intelligence to break people down with his words or be a hostage negotiator. He doesn't even know how to go places without someone being there as a guide lol.
