For such a loyal adaptation, I'm surprised they skipped 2 scenes from the past chapters: -Kakushi Goto's wife went on a boat trip because she was going colour blind, which was a huge blow to a visual artist. -The reason why the pop idol wannabe was investigating Goto's case was because she was the one who leaked the wife story to the press. Her original intentions as a newbie reporter was just to get sympathy for Goto as mentioned briefly. It went wrong cause people aren't always sympathetic and took the story in the negative way.
