Do you have a hickey Jacob?

Clare

Why would it be cheating? Monoma's not actually fighting, its a pretty smart move. Though I was annoyed at this episode as they essentially won because of Deku's power up, I just wish I knew what would of happened without that, it just felt incredibly unfair for class 1B.

Nathan Grenawalt

Did they win because of Deku's power-up? He used Blackwhip VERY briefly to stop from being whacked in the head, and then fought at a handicap. The only thing his powerup did was cause chaos and disrupt both team's plans, forcing them to improvise. That's not the same as "winning because of Deku's power up."

Clare

I mean they kinda did. Deku’s team only had the advantage once Monoma’s team gave away their positions, which they did because of Deku’s power up which they even said they were out in the open becarse they were worried about Deku’s ability. Then Deku also had a unfair advantage against Shinso as he could stop Shinso’s attack with his new quirk and his already a power type and now he also basically has the same ability Shinsoo has, kinda unfair and what’s more Monoma was caught by Ururuka but she shouldn’t have been there, she should have been with her team so she wouldn’t have been able to catch Monoma if Deku’s quirk hadn’t acted up as she wouldn’t even be there. So basically because of Deku’s power up, Monoma’s team is now at a disadvantage as Deku’s team knows they’re whereabouts, (not really to do with the fight but) Shinso’s rope now is not as unque because Deku basically has a better more powerful version of it and more towards the fight Monoma was captured because Uruku was there and she was there because of Deku’s quirk.

You guys always come up with the best ideas, MHA Smash Bros would be bomb as hell.

Class A won, because they have more experience with situations they didn't expect. Class B was shaken from Dekus quirk as much as class A was but couldn't adjust in time, they train to be heros and in the real world most of the fights won't go as planned. Sure Dekus new ability is also a factor, but class A also didn't know of twin impact at the start of the battle. I would't call it unfair, but it's obvious which class has more "real" experience. You never know what kind of quirk a villain may have or how they use it.

Clare

I mean considering Deku’s quirk is the most unusual quirk in the world which gives him six quirks and considering they are all students with quirkd they know about that don’t just suddenly get another quirk then yes Deku’s is unfair because they are never ever going to meet a Villain who has the same circumstance as Deku who just suddenly evolves a new quirk
