Yeah, just because someone mention's Rem's name, doesn't automatically mean they remember her. It's not like people just forget her and can never remember anything about her. Obviously Subaru told them her name and who she is in relation to Ram, they can remember that at the very least.

Only thing they know about Rem is what Subaru has told. They know there is Rem who they have forgot everything about and she is Ram's sister. It's even easy to understand when she looks exactly like Ram being twin sisters.
