The one theory I've seen going around which makes sense is that Ambrosius didn't "create" a body because that would be voided after moving on. Instead he created the conditions which would allow Penny's aura to manifest a body on her own...so her body is manifestation of her aura in an inverse/correlation to how aura is a manifestation of the soul.

It's mostly metaphorical. She has always been human, she just had a robot body. So her soul and aura outside of her robo body just manifests the person she has always been. This is a world of fairly tales.

"Don't fall..." Wait. WAIT. What happens if Salem falls into the void between realities? Because *that* would be interesting. Honestly, Ambrosius is one of the most interesting characters I've ever seen. His similarity to Truth from FMA:B, and his genie rules, and all his possibilities, I really want to see him more. Also I would love to see the other spirits interact with him. The dynamic between the 4 spirits would be amazing if they all have that much sass.

I don't think spaces where the relics are kept were created with the staff because the staff can only create one thing at a time. Each time he would create a space or someone used the staff to create something else the spaces would disappear. For example as soon as Ambrosius created the evacuation portal thing, the Penny he made with her old parts disintegrated and as soon as they made him create the robo Penny, Atlas began to fall (although it's delayed due to the gravity dust like Oz said) . I think Oz created those spaces with his own magic or like you guys said they were already existing places that Oz discovered over the years.
