This is a simple poll, where we either continue The Promised Neverland Season 2 or not.

We're excited to see how you all vote, either we go straight to Beastars Season 2 and our TPN journey will be entirely off-channel from here on out, or we watch the rest of TPN Season 2, and experience (meme on) this train crash together.

I want to get to beastars so you can get to dr stone sooner cause that is what I am really looking forward to. Not much of a beastars type of person. Just my view on it. Not trashing on it in any way. Dr stone season 2 has been great so far so I really just want that as soon as possible. From my point of view.

Anime only here but I feel like there could definitely be fun had in watching their reactions when they have no clue what is missing or not and also not seeing them experience this at all kind of sucks in my opinion

Well, they don't plan to read the manga (on a stream, at least), so... fuck it, I'm going to vote to continue watching just for the lolz of watching this shitty adaptation.

if it means you'll be able to experience the manga on your own time, i think dropping it would be the best. I binge read the manga after the 1st episode and it became one of my favorite series literally overnight. Memeing could be fun, but i feel like it would just get frustrating after a while, especially if the season is heading where i think. And s2 of Beastars means were that closer to s2 of Dr Stone, so im here for it

Gotta say I'm bummed that there's no chance of a manga reaction on the channel or on twitch- but I get that you probably don't have the time for it. I started as an anime only, but started reading when the complaints about things being skipped started to show up online and I'm SO glad I did. If you guys do end up reading all of the manga at some point; a stream of your overall reactions/final thoughts would be cool. Whatever you guys end up doing, I'll still be here to watch!

I feel bad saying this but I'm honestly really disappointed in the community on this 1. I've been having no problems with the show and stopping not necessarily because they don't like it but because others don't really sucks.

There are so many good anime this season - Beastars S2, JJK, Slime Isekai 2, ReZero 2, AoT4, and Wonder Egg Priority, just to name a few. It's a damn shame TPN had to shit the bed so badly in its storytelling, it could have been a great contender. Alas, the damage has been done, and here we are. Hope you guys enjoy Beastars S2.

keep watching, please... I'm watching the show and I don't feel it's as bad as people make it out to be... It's just slow and different than the first season... for me it is still 7+ getting slowly better ( I'm just imagining you guys would stop AOT because the 3D animation was bad at that one point). I am at EP7 right now and I have a feeling a lot of the skipped material actually gets talked over in flashbacks. IF YOU GUYS ARE ENJOYING TPN S2 THEN KEEP WATCHING IT.

This show had a special place in my heart before it was even said to become an anime and it truly breaks my heart that you guys won't be able to experience the rest of Emma and Ray's journey. If by any chance you do decide to react to the manga I'll be first in line because I truly believe you guys would love it and fall in love with all the new characters. There adventure is so much more than the anime and there's so much more stakes. Please please please consider 🙏

Currently you can't watch BS2 since it's only bought by Bilibili, and the subtitles are Chinese so... Maybe you guys can watch Dr.Stone 2 instead, or JJK, it's really good XD

I would like you to watch slime but I think thats probably not going to happen. No wonder after the mess that is the second part of Season 1... And the shion fanservice (its just too much) I just wish they gave S2 at least a chance. A lot of cool things are happening and about to happen

I mean, if you’re not as invested in TPN as a lot of us are, I do think reacting to it knowing that the ball has been dropped is still entertaining in its own right. For a lot of us, season 2 has been this sort of stain on the brilliance that season 1 established, and more than anything i think we were trying to “shield your eyes from the horror.” It sucks having one of your favorite shows dragged through the mud. But based on the video it sounds like this show isn’t as “up there” for you guys, so perhaps that need not be as much of a concern. Just my thoughts. Although ultimately the poll will decide.

So after fairly winning against the two others, you decide to make a poll asking everyone whether they want you to continue or end it....? Of course the second one is going to win, you have both people who genuinely don't like this season AND people who don't even watch TPN and just want to get to the next anime voting. How exactly fair is this ? Also didn't you say in your first ep reaction that you didn't care about all of that and the point of your reactions was that you are both anime-only? Congratz anyway, now people know exactly what to do next time a show they don't like win : just throw a tantrum like a bunch of spoiled whinny children, spam the dislikes and the comments, and hopefully the bros will listen to you. I havnt watched ep 7 yet but I don't think there is enough flashbacks to cover the 4 arcs the series skipped just to speed running straight to the finale :/

Thing is, the story was great! Just for some reason the author wanted the studio to skip 4 arcs and speed running straight to the finale. Maybe it was because they couldn't make a season 3 but if that was the case I would have rather them left all the anime onlies on a cliffhanger to entice them to read the rest in the manga. Shame that its still kinda having the same effect on anime onlies to read the manga, but not in the right circumstances.

They can still watch the anime in their free time. Nobody is forcing them to just drop it and never watch an episode again What we are talking about here is simply if they do reaction content to it. Most of us would rather they continue with another anime. And they left us the choice. I would have accepted it if they just continued. But if they give us a choice dont be mad when people vote for it to be skipped.

I haven't read the manga and I'm really enjoying S2. They also haven't read the manga so why would they stop watching? BEASTARS S2 isn't even out in the West yet. Just let them finish the series, its only 11 eps.

Second referendums exist? It feels pointless to do this poll when most can confidently predict what the outcome will be, given the amount of noise and stink going on. I don't expect a 2016 scenario here.

Beastars has a fansub group so it should be fine, the editors know what to do. As for the takeaway of this situation, not matter which option wins for this poll, I think its in the best interest of this channel to no longer allow for ongoing shows to go on these polls.

Not a fan of this poll. I would’ve preferred you guys just made your own decision about this situation. I don’t watch or care for TPN so I don’t have a personal stake in this, but this just feels like wanting to avoid backlash from making a decision by putting it on the patrons. If you think about it, the majority of people are going to vote to end TPN reactions regardless of the quality. Because you’ll have beastars and dr stone fans who may not even watch TPN and will obviously just want to move onto their shows so they vote to end it. Then there’s people who don’t even watch any of these shows but want the poll slot to open quicker so they also vote to end TPN reactions. I’m just disappointed in this decision.

I don't like Yakusoku no Neverland Season 2 and dropped it after Episode 4. However, I can't say I agree with this poll. I even voted to continue the anime. Yakusoku no Neverland Season 2 won the continuation poll and should get its fair chance. Dropping a show because "other people dislike it" is a dangerous precedent that should be avoided. This sends the message that a big enough backlash can end a reaction series in the future. Additionally, I think anyone with a brain could have predicted the outcome of this poll. Between the Beastars and Dr. Stone fans and the Yakusoku no Neverland manga readers (and some anime watchers), Yakusoku no Neverland didn't have a snowball's chance in Hell of getting a majority vote. Dropping a show because "I don't like it," on the other hand, is a perfectly legitimate reason that I would have respected. This whole debacle is, frankly, not being handled well.

Well, enjoy Beastars S2, I guess. Haven’t been able to watch S1 yet so sadly cannot join you there. Disappointed overall cause you guys have the best reactions and discussions so was really looking forward to more for this, but a poll pretty much guarantees a drop. I still voted to continue TPN even though it was futile tho. Oh well.

Beastars is leagues above this sadly disappointing second season. It's kind of a letdown that they had to waste time by starting and now are probably dropping it, I even voted for TPN s2 reactions before I knew how the show turned out. It's better this way anyway.

Reading a lot of these comments I wanted to clarify a couple things, as there is some miscommunication spreading: 1. Jacob and I do not mind whether we watch TPN on our own time or as a reaction, it's the same thing to us. 2. In the same way that every show we put onto a replacement poll is something we want to watch, this poll is "our" choice, and we're happy with whatever the result is. 3. The decision to have this poll wasn't forced on us by other people. We've recorded episode 4 already and were quite a bit disappointed by what happened. Thus if things continued in a downward spiral, we would have done something like this next week or so. 4. We did make a mistake in adding a show to a replacement poll that wasn't finished yet, so we'll be avoiding that much more in the future. I understand we could have handled this better, and thinking back I see a couple ways we could have avoided the problem entirely. Bear with us as we've only had one really similar instance of this in the past (Game of Thrones) and in that instance we just never released the videos. Appreciate the feedback and communication on this!

Well, I didn't watch beastars so it wouldn't make any difference to me whether the bros continue their reaction or not, but of they have a slightest possibility of reading the manga in the future, they will definitely regret watching the show from ep 5 because it ruins the whole emotional feelings you can get from reading the manga. I really regret watching ep 5 since I wasn't manga reader, and read the manga after stop watching s2.

I am interested in seeing your reactions, I think manga readers are overextending their upsettness over the adaptation, their feelings shouldn't effect other creators works. If you started the reaction i would prefer if you finished it. I am a bit upset that this is even being considered, but seeing how the votes are stopping the reactions will most likely win out, wich is a big dissapointment. I wonder if this will create a precedent and maybe we will be able to pressure you to stop other reactions as well. lol

This is exactly the mindset, that brought this whole debacle to life. I get it, you're loving the original, I do. And for this reason do you find it unacceptable for people to enjoy the "inferior version"? Is it better for people that do not know the original and maybe, just maybe, have no interest in it, to become as upset at it as you are? Media does not exist in a vacuum, Minashiro. In context is the only way we are capable of enjoying art at all, because art only exists in the contexts of its creation and consumption; every Shakespearean play bears the weight of being a play by William Shakespeare, every wartime film bears the weight of geopolitics describing its true face, and (relevant in this case) every adaptation bears the weight of its forbearers, and carries meaning in how it changes (or does not change) material from its previous incarnations.

Problem is the changes are absolutely terrible, and since the original manga got worse and worse over time, to the point where the author wanted to change it, it's crazy the author somehow took the best parts out. And based on the fact they made the story worse and worse as it went on, there's almost 0 hope it turns out good. So yeah, obviously the majority (based on votes) would rather they focus on a really good show, since there's a ton of good ones this season, instead of the trashcan this season of TPN is turning out to be. I get it, for you the "source" is the anime. Thing is most manga readers can warn you that it gets progressively less well written over time, and the author took the weirdest choice of taking the best parts out, so how could they make it good when their track record is not good.
