You guys misunderstood how the Bullet works, Sawamura isn't dislocating anything. The point is that Sawamura is able to generate penetrating power comparable to a corkscrew using his wrist and shoulder muscles alone. He doesn't need to twist he's entire body like Date, twisting his shoulder is enough, and with his wrist he pulls it back in a halfway extended position ready to fire again. Since he doesn't need the build up of twisting his entire body he's able to do it in rapid succession. Essentially it's a punch that has the properties of a jab and the penetrating power of a corkscrew.
